Management Team

John W. Todd Jr., CEO/President, has more than 30 years of construction experience overseeing company projects and activities upwards of $600K+. By trade, he is a Journeyman Plaster with experience in estimating, budgeting, and project management and scheduling. Todd has experience as an interior contractor installing drywall, metal studs, acoustical ceiling tiles and a general contractor responsible for plastering, drywall, EFIS and spray-on fireproofing installations.

Mr. Todd is a graduate of Garfield Heights High School and a graduate of The Presidents Council Emerging Entrepreneurs program. He holds membership in the Construction Employers Association and the Black Contractors Association of Cleveland, of which he serves as founder/president. When he is able to find spare time, he enjoys weightlifting.
